The Istrian Development Agency (IDA) is a key institution for the economic development of the region. Through entrepreneurial support projects, educational initiatives and development programs, IDA actively participates in strengthening the economy of Istria. We are focused on innovation, digitalization and the creation of a sustainable labor market, with the aim of increasing employability and attracting investment to the region.
Common mission and goals
We are organizing Global Workforce Istria Connect 2025 with the aim of connecting key labor market stakeholders, encouraging open discussions about employment, and creating concrete solutions for the future of work in Istria. Through the cooperation of local authorities, the private sector, and educational institutions, we want to:
